TTPP – The Turkish Property Professionals Association have delivered the real estate brokerage level 5 certifications and membership certification at an amazing gala night.
Real estate companies have to complite the level 4 ( real estates ) and level 5 (brokerage) certifications untill end of 2019 in oder to make real estate bussines in Turkey. It means that if you buy a property in Turkey, you should ask your real estate agent whether they have certification or not. If not they are not legal companies or agent no longer.
Members of TTPP are having the necessary certifications (level 5) after the exam of MYK.
TTPP have organised an amazing night at Elite Admiral in Konaklı that Alanya Protocol members joined.
During the night TTPP members had chance to meet the other agents in Alanya. Alanya Protocol members have delivered the TTPP Membership Certifications and MYK Level 5 certifications.
TTPP – The Turkish Property Professionals, as a real estate and construction companies association have given free courses to members in order to pass the exams. Mr. Servet Ünlü has given the courses. At Gala night Özgül Belgelendirme Kurumu sales manages Mr. Mustafa Murat Çınar has given present to Mr. Servet Ünlü cause of his support of education of TTPP Members.
TTPP Chairman Yakup has made a speech and said that TTPP is a foundation of legal real estate companies. Most of our members ar real exporter of Turkey. As we are TTPP member, we have brought to our country millions of dollars. We have done the best marketing operations all over the world from Russia to Dubai, Pakistan to Belgium. Now is the time that we have to collabrate each other and become strong association so that we can defence our rights against illegal real estate companies.Mr. Uslu added that this is beginning, few years later you will see TTPP at very different place in national wide.
